Verifying information

I wish to verify some information that I have: in Hjardemål Hillerslev Thisted 1678-1808 opslag 252 in the year 1795 entry #2 I have the birth entry for Else Maria Jensdatter.

Would some one please provide me with a Danish Transcription of the record?

As I read it only the father is specifically identified, namely Jens Jensen. Between his name and the word Datter are several word that I am not sure of, those I would really like to have. Also the spelling on the names of the witnesses.
