Well, this sounds really strange, but it looks to me as if it says:

Niels Christensens den taabelige Søn

which would mean 'the stupid son', maybe a description of a mentally handicapped son?

I may be completely wrong, but then somebody else in here will undoubtedly let you know.

It was very common for priests to describe people with adjectives at the time. Eg. I had an ancestor who was described as "almost stupid" in a census. Later he lived at "fattighuset" (place for poor and disabled people in the parish) for 25 years.
