My transcription is really poor and I need help. I have:

I read, attempting to follow the orthography of the original:
dom: 4 adventij d 19 Dec: blef læst over Sóren *J͞u͞uls Datter af ormslev
n: Anne Michel lafrens H͞u͞ustru i ormslev bar barnet, Faderne, Rasmus Ras
mu͞uß af fre..erslóv, bierne [Bjerne] niels af ormslev og Rask [sic] Hanß af Endslev
*With a diffent J, Søren Juuls hustru introduced Epiphany 3.
