What does Krigsraad means and what does that job refers to ?
are there any lists about these men that had this title?

Originally one of the Kings advisers in war affair. Later after 1678 it became a tittle of honour but with no practically meaning but gave the holder a place in the 7th rank class.
There was a number rank classes. Krigsråd was a lover tittle than etatsråd and justitsråd but still a fine tittle. It was often given to important persons who were not member of the peerages (hereditary titles).
