I have located an entry that I believe is both a birth and death entry.

Birth Date: 12 Oktober
Name: Anders Christian Sørensen
Christening: Hjemmedøbt paa fødtilodagen
Parents: HM Poul Sørensen og hust Mette Marie Andersen, 36 Aar, af Thorsted
Notes: Døbt før Hjemmedaabens Bakjandt ?? i Kirken

Please review my transcription and make any additions or corrections especially those areas that are bold.
