I have been trying to find when my great grandmother immigrated to Denmark from Sweden. This is what I know.
Her name was Anna Katherine (or have seen it as Kathrina) Adamsdotter (have also seen where Frid was added to last name). Anna was born in Sweden on June 2, 1863. In the 1930 US census my grandmother stated her mother was born in Ystad. Anna married Magnus Löfren on May 29, 1889 at St Johannes. Sokkelund, København, Denmark.
My great grandfather was from Malmöhus, Lövestad, Sweden and his Arbejdsophold 1812 - 1924 information gives the date April 12, 1882.
I don't have information for Anna's birthplace other than what was on the US census and family relating information both were born in Sweden. She may have been from the same place or nearby to Magnus's birth place.
I hope someone can help me.
Michelle

Thanks Lissa, I found some information that I couldn't find on ancestry.com and the records were much easier to read than the copied images.
