I have located the birth entry for a cousin Eleonora Martine {Faxholm} 1806-1815 Tranebjerg, Samsø, Holbæk img 8 pg 7-1st entry on left hand page, date November 12de
I am having a difficult time transcribing the entire entry. There is a lot of information within the Name section that I do not read nor can I translate. Help is needed. Beings that this is the first entry on the page, I would appreciated a transcription of the column headings also.
