This question has two parts to it. The first deals with Niels Jensen. He was. a gardener at Juellinge Estate in Maribo where he met his first wife Katrine Hedevig Berntsen. In later census records, they list him as being born in Copenhagen around 1780. A relative here in the States found that it was in Fredericksberg, Sokkelund, Copenhagen, and in 1801 I found a gardener's apprentice there. I am hoping to use this to find his parents. I found a Niels Jensen in Sokkelund, not in Fredericksberg, but in Lyngby, that would be about the same age. Could this be the same one?
The second part of this would be Katrine Hedevig Berntsen, she married Niels in 1802 in Juellinge. I found her in 1801 as a maid on the Juellinge Estate in Halsted. Since she was a maid for a Lord and Lady, would there be a way to find other information about her, such as birthplace, or a birthdate? Her name also appears as Arentzen, which I figure is a typo, but might be good information to know.

Niels Jensen is a very common name in Denmark.

So with Niels, I was able to find someone who fits the age and place with a census record on https://ddd.dda.dk, but what is the likelihood that it is the same person. I understand it is a common name, which is why I want to be sure. (I have a screenshot in the attachments). Sorry this is still rather new to me.
The problem with finding Niels Jensen in the 1787 Census, is that as a child he may be registered without his surname.
Here's an example:
København, Sokkelund, Søllerød, Langholm, , 05/6, FT-1801, A0228
Name: Age: Marital status: Position in household: Occupation:
Jens Christensen 41 gift 1 hosbonde Fisker

Hans 9 deres børn
Niels 6 deres børn
Ellen 1 deres børn
Niels Olsen 52 Enkemand til Huse Daglejer

- for searching in censuses from the City of Copenhagen, you have to choose County: København, District: København (Staden).
