What are the words under the name in the entry for Johannes Salomonsen, G165/106? I assume he did not actually serve, and that he was unfit for service in 1862?

Johannes had a deformed right ankle and was declared incompetent (Utspas) for warfare.

Thank you John and Inger for the replies. Deformed right ankle matches stories from the family that he had a wooden leg. I was hoping military service was the cause of the injury, but apparently not.
