In the 1840 census of Rønnebæk, Hammer, Præstø, there is a girl listed as "udøbt pigebarn" or "outcast girl". She appears to be included as a child, "deres born", of Lars Rasmussen and Kirstine Jensdatter. https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid4350940
Why would she be listed this way? Presumably this entry is for their daughter Sophie born on 29 Jan 1840 and christened 11 Mar 1840.

Is there anything in the baptismal record that explains the designation of "udøbt pigebarn"?
Edit: Oh, I see that another translation of "udøbt" just means not baptized (https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/img_auth.php/0/0b/Danish_Genealogical_Word_List_October_2010.pdf). So is this just the way an unbaptized child was designated in the census?

Yes, exactly!

Thanks Ole.
