Hi,
My fiance is trying to locate his father who he has never met. We have little information about him but the info we do have does not seem to be correlating anywhere. For example we are using Ancestry.co.uk and there is no record of his birth, the marriage to my fiance's mother, or the existence of his grandparents.
Are there any options we have not explored as I cannot see how we can locate him without knowing this information is correct? We are not even sure if he is still alive but he would love to locate him and finally meet him.
On my Fiance's birth certificate it states his name is Tom Neils Larsen, born in Frederiksvaerk in (we think) 1946, parents are called Aage Hartvig Rasmus Larsen and Lydia Larsen.
This is all the information that we have received from my fiance's mother, and there is no record of anything on Ancestry.
Any advice or pointing in the right direction to locate him would be much appreciated,
