It appears the father information was added later due to the darker ink.
Do you know why the Police Chief Constable would be the one providing this information six weeks later?
I'll do a little more investigating, but I doubt they were married.

I guess that the mother had been questioned by the police about who was the father of Inge-Lise.
Why it took 6 weeks, I don't know. Probably 'normal procedure'.
At her confirmation March 16,1958 only her mother is mentioned.
