I am having difficulty finding out what happened to my 4th great-grandparents, Hans Hansen Due and his wife Anne Sophie Sorensdatter.
This is what I know.
My 3rd great-grandmother was Anne Marie Hansdatter and she is born 15 Feb 1796 in Lundum, Voer, Skanderborg (according to the 1845 Census onward this is her birthplace).

In both cases the father is Hans Hansen Due and the mother is Anne Sophie Sorensdatter.
I could find no other children for this couple.
In 1801 I find the family on the census as follows:

I am not clear why Anne Sophie is listed as Jensdatter instead of Sorensdatter? Even on the actual paper here: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid1571674 (https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid1571674) she is put as Jensdatter but it is a 1st marriage for both and the children are the right children and both baptism records say the mother is Anne Sophie Sorensdatter (her granddaughter, and my 2nd great-grandmother, is Anne Sophie Nielsen).
According to that 1801 Census my Hans was age 36 making him born around 1765 presumably somewhere in Denmark.
Where I run into problems is that I cannot find Hans Hansen Due and Anne Sophie after this.
I have everything for Anne Marie Hansdatter and I can trace her through the Census records to her marriage, birth of children and death.
I have nothing for Lise Hansdatter other than her birth and the 1801 Census.
I am at a loss about poor Hans Due and Anne Sophie Sorensdatter.
I see in the Census for Skanderborg there are a couple of "Hans Due" in Østbirk but it seems they are all in their 1st marriages so I am not sure they are my person. Unless I am reading the information wrong?
There is a Hans Hansen Due (birth about 1763), as named, on both the 1834 (no # of marriages given?) and 1840 Census (birth about 1762) as Hans Due (no # of marriages given?) in Østbirk, married to a Anne Marie Stephansdatter, but I am not sure this is my Hans Due. This might be a 2nd marriage but then I need to find a death for poor Anne Sophie Sorensdatter.
I also looked at probate records but they are not transcribed for Skanderborg as of yet.
This couple has frustrated me for 6 years now and I am still no closer to finding out where they died, or when or who their parents were.
Any help is appreciated.

I found this Lise in a search of the Census documents but I discounted her because she says she is born in Østbirk and my Lise is born in Lundum. On her marriage she also says she is from Østbirk.
Would it be common for someone born in Lundum to say they were born in Østbirk? Also, her name in later Census records is Elisabeth but my Lise, according to her baptism record, is just Lise.

Further to this military record do you know if it says he was in the cavalry? I find it hard to decipher the record but I did find a Census record in 1787 as follows that I think is my Hans Hansen Due and the age is correct. Also, what is the significance of the "63" in the column beside his age of 24?

My interpretation is that the father of Hans Hansen Due b. 1765 is Hans Nielsen Due married 1761 in Lundum (not Hans Hansen Due married 1750).

Would it be common to have children all over the place like this? Also, is it safe to assume that Niels Nielsen Due is also a sibling of my Hans Nielsen Due?
So far I have found no marriage for Niels Hansen Due and Maren Jensdatter nor have I found the birth records for Mette Nielsdatter Due or Niels Nielsen Due but it seems that the father is probably the same for all three children?
I think I also found a marriage, children and census for Mette Nielsdatter Due.

I think I found another child for Niels Hansen Due named Jacob born in Ostbirk but I am not sure if Maren Jensdatter is the mother because I have not found a marriage for either of them yet.

I searched the transcripts for Yding, Ostbirk, Lundum and Hansted. I also searched Nim.
According to her probate records she was born and died in Monberg suggesting Ostbirk.
The interesting thing about her is that in the 1801 Census she is listed Anne Sophie Jensdatter but in all of the birth records for each of her 7 children she is always Sorensdatter so I think the Census must have been a mistake.
Is someone able to confirm if the entry for 13 Mar 1816 on the left side of the page has anything to do with Anne Sophie Sorensdatter's probate? There is mention of a Bodil Marie Sorensdatter married? to Soren Andersen? There is a Soren Pedersen involved with the probate of Anne Sophie but I am not clear how he is related to her. Is Bodil Marie perhaps sister to Anne Sophie?

It is difficult to read the entry but it is on the left page near the bottom in the box on the right, 1st entry.
I read:

Think you're right that it's Niels Hansen Due being married 1737, and that he had a son Jacob born 1741.
