Is it possible to find Jorgen Christensen Nielsen's death. He was born 14 Jul 1886, Hederslev, Gram Jels. I have others that I would like to find their death date, if you could tell me how to find the death records I will try that.

Do you know where he settled? There are no censuses in Northern Schleswig (Sønderjylland) betwwen 1860 and 1921.

- there are indexes (navneregister) for many of those, but not for Jels.

According to http://myrnaogole.dk/slaegt/legacy/sample/393.html his wife Kjestine Marie Fabrin died 1947, but no info about place of death.

Thank you, that is my grandfather, but he died while I was in High School in 1963. My mother went home for the funeral. But it does say 1969 and I know he did not die in that year, interest?

Could it possibly have been another relative who died in 1963, or another occasion for which your mother travelled to Denmark?
