I am tracking my 3rd Great Grandfather and several of his son through the Lægdsrulle, specifically Thisted Lægd #21. I have each of the sons up to 1850 where image 181

stops at 76-48 and from there on to the end of #21 all entries are crossed out. I looked for a cross reference and I found none.

In 1849 the changed the Lægdsrulle. Before 1849 you got into to the Lægdsrulle at birth. But after 1849 you got into the Lægdsrulle at you confirmation (14/15 years old).
So 1- Søren Christian Christiansen should be writting in the roll again around 1859. And should be deleted in 1882 (38 years old).
sorry, I misunderstod 1844 as Søren Christians year of birth when I wrote my answer to you. But he is born 5/3 1837, so his confirmation is in 1851. And here he is in Lægdsrullen;

Notice it is Lægd #25 = Skinnerup Sogn
Because they have moved (census 1850);
