I had a great time in Denmark. Didn't get to meet all my relatives but did meet 10+ and stayed with three relatives. Spent 8 days but wish it had been 8 weeks. I think it is the Holy Grail of genealogists to find living relatives and I have.

That fun - exsactly the word Hyggeligt was used when I visited relatives in Michigan. becuse the couldnot Pronounce Y they said huggelig.

They don't have a Danish festival where we live but we have a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean from our condo. I have invited my Danish relatives to visit us. Tomorrow a Dane, who lives about 1/2 hour from us is coming to enjoy an American Football Super Bowl Party. We met him last week and he was thrilled to meet someone with Danish roots.
