I have the following transcription:

Anno: 1734
D: 21 Martii døbt Søren Jensens og hands {his} Hustrue Karens
ved Kiæret ?? i Tved Sogen deres barn kaldet Anne. Susceptrix
Jens Sørensen, Niels Jensen, Bertel Jepsen, Søren Smeds
Hustrue og Zidsel JepsDaatter

It is the emboldened couple of words that I need help with. Is this the mothers surname?

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

There about had to be two Søren Jensens in the village, one living next to the pond (kæret).  Word order is not a fixed thing in the older records.  A double check would be to find Søren Jensen 'ved kæret' among the witnesses in other baptisms of that decade.  A few lines above that, i.e. for September 6 certainly seems to be an example.
