Thanks Ole. I think it is the wrong person.... I was hoping that last name was an occupation.... Instead I see Andersen is his middle name.
Wraa/Vraa is easily a place name rather than a surname as such, and at the time needed to keep two of the same name separate. My map book offers 14 different places called Vraa.
