Could get some help with the transcription and translation of this record.

https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/billedviser?epid=16415220#19,13591

It is the birth record of Peter Waldemar Arvesen.

Nr 293 Dreng barnet Peter Waldemar
født den 8 May 1837 under Nr. 415 (what does this mean) og døbt den 9 ??
Udleveret den 20 May 1837 (what is the significance of this?) Moderen Nr. 420 Nr 5 B (what does this mean?)
til Moderen Anne Arvesen
After that I can only make out a couple of words.

Also what is the pencil notation in the second column.

Thank you,

Ric

Thank you, Bente for that information.

Thank you, Ralph.  This is a hard one.

This family has been particularly difficult to figure out.  Especially the daughter's immigration to the United States.  At some point she changes her last name.
