Notes:
- I've translated "Hr." (Herr) as Mr., it was at the time a privileged honorific that not just anybody would be called, and you can safely assume that anybody titled so were at the very least in the bourgeoisie or above.
- Jomfru>Miss. - Jomfru meant young woman of some standing (in modern Danish it means virgin), probably also bourgeoise.
- Forlover/"best man" - I know there's a better word, but it escapes me now. They're the ones that guarantee that everything is in order. The parties aren't married to others, they're of age, they aren't related, etc.
- The royal permission was for them to be wed outside the church. "i Huuset"/"in their house" was probably the house of the bride's father. Possibly the groom's, or a friend of the family.

And you will find a note, which tells, that Peter Foersom in 1840 had been organist at Sankt Knud 50 years

You can find much information about people with the surname Foersom in the Odense Database, Individuals and properties in Odense 1740-1921 (http://www.odensedatabasen.dk/kilde/person/44005). For example, that your ancestor in 1811 had to pay a tax of 4 Rixdollars.

I think he got Dannebrogsmændenes hæderstegn - Cross of honour of the Order of Dannebrog.
