Meanwhile I've found the birth/baptism record of Hans Hendriksen (first record in https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-33489-2428-51?cc=2078555 (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-33489-2428-51?cc=2078555)) in the Græshave parish (with the help of the 1880 Census). So maybe he was just confirmed in Søllested?
I didn't understand the last part of your message, about the 1768-1814 book... where have you found a reference to this book in the marriage record?
