It took a bit to discover that your image was from Stokkemarke, Lolland Sønder. There I found it in Family Search's image, #239. There I could enlarge it and adjust the contrast, to read:

Mand i Saxkjøbing 25. Aar
Gentleman A. F. K. D., merchant in Saxkøbing, age 25.
Miss Gjertrud Strange in Stokkemarke, age 22
Guarntors: Other titles omitted, Hr. Claus Kølle, innkeeper in Stokkemarke and villager? Berthel Larsen of the same.
