Hej
Venlig hilsen

Thanks I am still trying to work this site out and translate all to English on some of it. Sorry if it takes me a bit to answer back. I have all Alvilda's information I don't have a great deal on Meyer Levin side the family tree other than what Lissa Petersen has been helping me with. But any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
These are all the info that Lisa has helped me with so far.

Hej.

Hi Inger and Lise
Thank you for the information. Yes Great Grand ma Alvilda was pretty much in the care of relatives until about 1879/80 from where her Aunty Ane Marie Jensen-Schrader could no longer care for her as her husband Carl died leaving her with young children of her own to care for. Rasmussen-Storm was her Aunty Johanna and her husband. But I have found no family connection to the Gerlach family as relatives from Jensen side.
With Meyer and Petrea Children we loose them after his death in 1886. I have found that Heinrick went to America Josephine stayed Denmark and Married to Holger Anders Helvang The only trace I have is, that the Police have registered that Oscar in the age of 14 in 1895 is living at an address Lipkesgade 16. In an additional note I have found: Living at Jensens. At the same address lives Louise and her husband Holger Jensen with their 2 children Kaj and Henri – they later changed the name Jensen to Helvang. : but for all the rest of the family have no information. I have had contact with Grand daughter of Frederikke Louise Josephine Levin and even they have no information about the other siblings. Petrea was 6 months pregnant when her and Meyer was married according to the Grand daughter. Oscar was born not long before his mothers death. Meyer died couple weeks before Granny Alvilda arrived in Australia.
There are court documents from 1865-1871 where Jeppsine and Meyer was in court over Alvilda's paternity where the judge on 19th Nov 1871 agreed that Meyer was the father of Alvilda and ordered him to pay alamony for her. Then in March of 1872 Jeppsine set sail for Australia where she married 6 days off the boat to Hans Jacobsen. How much Alvilda had to do with her father is a question that can't find answer to because her marriage and death certificates state that Peter Jensen is her father where in fact isher uncle, so wheather she ever knew the truth is another unanswered mystery as all letters that was in family my Uncle burnt when my grand mother died and heaps of documents durning a fight between him and his olders sisters over who owned what.
