What parish (sogn) to look in, Slesvig-Holstein ? [Bune Thielsen]

I am looking for the right church-book to look for where and when Bune Thielsen is born !

He is 20 years old in 1803 at Flensburg, Adelby-sogn, Slesvig-Flensburg-Herred, Slesvig-Holsten-Amt. 
http://www.danishfamilysearch.dk/cid1945117  Whis would mean that he is born 1783! He is to be found as well in www.skippere.dk getting his rights 18. aug. 1804 then said 18 years old (b.1786)

But many of these parish are empty like Adelby 

Can someone help me  here ?
