Please help me with a burial record for B__?__ Olufsdatter.  I can not decipher the spelling of her first name.

I read:

Dom 2 Trin. blef Bendt Olufsdatter, Peder
                        Hansöns hustru af Almstok begrafvet, anno
                        ætatis 55

      Dom 2 Trinity was Bendt Olufsdatter, Peder
         Hansen's wife of Almstok buried, in the year
         Age 55

Normally Bendt/Bent is a male name, while Bendte/Bente is a female name.

Hej Ole,

Thanks for your help.  I have not seen the name Bendt used for a woman, which made this entry confusing.  My great-grandfather's name was Bendt Myhre.  Perhaps the priest had a lapse when he wrote the entry and had meant the woman's spelling?
