Birth record in Vrejlev Parish

I'm trying to decipher a remark in the last column of Jens Nielsen's birth record (Vrejlev parish register 1814-1830, opslag 5). I can make out: "uægte Barn, og Qvindens andet < ? > med Broder til den første," i.e. "illegitimate child, and the woman's second < ? > with the brother of the first." Even once the missing word is filled in, I'm still not sure I understand what the meaning is here? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

andet Leiermaal med
Broder til den første

that means:

illegitimate child, the woman's second intercourse outside marriage, with the brother of the (father to the) first child
