Help with Finding Birth Record

I have found the death of Carl Friderich Johnasen on the Family Search.

I looked him up in AO

Ryde,Ginding,Ringk_bing,Denmark.
1750-1802 Ops61
Burial date 22 Feb 1778

It is stated on the Family Search he was born in 1778

I have tried searching for him in the same death place and year .
Could someone check for me as I couldn't read the page very well.

There may or may not have been an emergency baptism.  In this book children who died on the day of birth are not recorded among the baptisms.  The child died 'age zero'.

Hi Aileen,

You find his baptismal record on opslag 27, right hand page, # 2 in 1778.

Carl Friderich was baptized at home 22 Jan. 1778.

His funeral is also recorded on the same page, under Dom. Sexagesim:, i.e. 22 Feb.

I somehow looked at a decade later (opslag 34-38), and only looked for the 'age zero' births.  If I had checked for the child aged eight days, I should have seen the discrepancy.

I am slowly getting the birth dates for the children of Johan Conrad Kempf as he was in the army and seem to be always on the move.
