I tried to write her but haven't herad from her - i Thought Maybe some know her and can ask her to answer me?

At amcestry we have found this with help from good freinds:

The Eager Beaver Truck
•1950's , Lansing, MI
•I was told by my father that my Great Grandfather Walter A. Jensen worked on drafting the Eager Beaver Truck, a Military Truck that could go underwater. He said the driver and passengers had to wear scuba gear. Walter retired from Diamond Reo in Lansing, Michigan and this is where the truck was built. Curious about this truck I found an article that I have also posted.

If it is any help, I am from Lansing Michigan and my mother and grandparents still live there.  If further research needs to be done, I might be able to ask them for help.

There is a museum in Lansing (which was the home of the Oldsmobile car company, founded by R. E. Olds).  You can find a link here:  http://reoldsmuseum.org/   They might have more information to help you.   I have never heard of this Eager Beaver. 

(PS- My grandparents moved to Lansing in about 1958 or so.  I wonder if they might have known Walter Jensen through some of their circles of Danish friends??)

Thank You - that would be great.

Walthers Father Was Frederik Jensen - and the Mother Marie Frederikke.
We know Fredeik lived in 1940 - and Marie in 1924.
Maries Father was Albert - and we know he lived in 1910 - all three born im Mern. Praesto County.

We would like to get in touch with descendants - and can You tell us where to ask or search for information.

Every little infrmation would be great.

Just to mention - I visited Lansing last Year - we were in the big hall - it is very beautiful.
