Translation of Birth opslag

Hi

I am trying to translate the birth parents of Maren Pedersdatter.

I found the following :

opslag 6   1733 - 1755    Hellevad- Hellum - Orum
              (Hjorring, Dronninglund)

I cannot make out the name of the husband or the rest of the entry.  The wife's name is Johanne Christensdatter, if I am translating correctly.
