Johanne Mortensdatter in Allerslev

I found this baptism record for Johanne Mortensdatter, mother of Thomas Olsen, on 4 p. Epiphany (31 Jan 1669) in Allerslev:  https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-894W-FWTP?i=44&cc=2078555 (2nd under 1669 on left) Could I get a transcription?  I can't read her father's surname (or much else).  Thanks.

Presumably the surname is Jyde.

You pretty much got it. Minor corrections:

Jyde indeed means "Jute/Jutlander". "oc" is an archaic spelling of "og" (and). Søren is sometimes spelled with an f because it comes from Severinus & the letters U/V are fairly recent — for a while we used -ffu(e)- (eg. haffue = have, Poffuel = Poul). Even into the mid/late 1700s, f-before-v stuck around in places, depending on who was writing.
