Help reading and translating death information

Hi  I have a male born Oct 10  1865 Aalborg Aalborg Vor Frue page 230 name unknown, but reference made
to death Oct 25 1865 Aalborg, Aalborg, Budolfi page 81 , the father's name  Jens Christian Sorensen
is written in the name spot Is his name there because he was the father? or because he gave the name
to the child??   Maybe there is words written there that answer my question??

Do you mean death 60 or 61?

61 says: 29 Oktob, 1 Novemb, Jens Christian Sorensen, Pleiebarn, 1 1/3 Aar, [remarks hard to read]

I think this means that JCS had a [unnamed] foster child who died on 29 Oct 1865, not that JCS was the foster child.

#61 is a child called Jens Christian Sørensen.
I believe that he is this child
Jens Christian Sørensen *1. July 1864 - Aalborg Budolfi Parish - the mother: ugifte[maid] Sophie Louise Bengtson and udlagt barnefader Anders Christian Sørensen.
He was born in Ajstrup - Ajstrup Parish Church Book.
