I have found the parish record for the death of Karen Jeppesdatter 5 March 1873
https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=21913139#428782,78532784

Could I please ask for a translation of the column after her name and the remarks column.

I have another question and hope this is the right place to ask
Her husband Jens Nielsen's probate 1867
https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/en/billedviser?epid=15543843#419118,77111253
mentions that the heirs gave their consent to the widow Karen Jeppesdatter to remain in the undivided estate.  Yet upon her death she passes without leaving anything behind except for her funeral.  Probate record https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/en/billedviser?epid=15543843#419118,77111481
 In the 1870 census
Præstø, Tybjerg, Glumsø, Aasø By, en Gaard, 111, FT-1870, E1723
Name:      Age:      Marital status:      Position in household:      Occupation:      Birthplace:

Karen Andersen     20     U      Tyende      Pige      Slalille??
she is living with her son Christen in what I would presume to be the undivided estate.  What could of happened between 1867 and 1873 for there to be only enough funds available for her funeral. Would not she still have the estate to divide to her heirs.
My question is in part for me to try and understand what might of happened to her son Niels Jensen who also is living with Christen in 1870
Thank you for your time

To answer your first question, I read:

Widow after late farmer Jens Nielsen in Aasø, dead ... her son  farmer Christen Jensen in Aasø.

To the right the cause of death is indicated as 'Tæring' meaning probably, but not necessarily tuberculosis.

Thank you for the translation
This leads me to another question (all in the search for Niels Jensen after 1870)
Would there be a particular reason the younger son Christen is named on her death record when both Christen and Niels were living with Karen Jeppesdatter at the time of the 1870 Census.  Christen was married and Niels was single.
By 1873 Christen's wife Kristine Maria Jensen and 2 children have died and he has re-married.

It is not allways the oldest son, who takes over the farm after his father. Christen probably was the best skilled.
