Need help locating birth record

Hello,

According to the 1850/1860/1870 Census records Michel Thomasen was born around 1823 in Hald, Nørhald, Randers, Denmark but I cannot locate a birth record for him in this parish.  Any ideas of where to look?

Look at nr. 5 in 1837, He was Born in Råby 1823.
