Thank you, John, for the reply.  It is possible that the will from 1870 is too recent to be available online.  I would like to spend a week at the LA Fyn some day.

I don't think Søren Jørgensen and Ane Nielsdatter had any children, so I was hoping their will would name siblings or their children (it's possible that it doesn't).  Their probate does not list family members. 

I found an index card for the 1795 will, but I can't find the Fynske Register for 1795.  Is it not online?
