Dear people

I have a small problem. In 1737 there is a case of stolen goods from Söfren Pétursson shop in Hofsós in Iceland but in "Lovsamling for Island" is the "Octroy paa den islandske Handel" for the years  1737-1742, missing. This is probably due to Denmarks new king! Frederik den Fjorde - signs the Octroy 1730-1736. 17. may 1730, he dies 12. oct 1730. The new king Christian VI seems to have more interset in religion, and does only give out a long and tedious Octry for 10 years 13. july 1742.

I have a Sören Pedersen islandskjöbmand at St Anna-Qvatrer no. 82 in Copenhagen 1726-1728, also said Islandskjöbmand 1756 at Sankt Annæ Vester Kvarter, Matr. Nr. 392.

Are these men the same man with a different spelling or not ?
