I would like some help reading some records

I would appreciate some help reading records. They do not look right to me check the dates.

Hjorring, Dronninglund, Horby 1725-1784 P 450  April 9 or April 2 1783 death of child of Thomas

The mother was 'introduced' a bit more than 40 days after the birth of the son that lived only four days.

Not a matter of being introduced four days after the birth of the child. The child would have been born April 3-4-5th and buried on the ninth.  May 25th is roughly 50 days after the birth.
