Where and when was Carl Ludvig Møller (1816-1861) born?

I am trying to pinpoint where and when Carl Ludvig Møller  was born, I think I have found him 1834 as a Handelsbetjent in Nakskov købstad, Maribo Amt and hen again 1840 in Slotsgaden Frederiksborg, 1845 he is in Iceland, there he is a factor for Bryde in Lulianehaab in Vestmannaeyjum.

Carl Ludvig Møller was born 1815-1816 in Copenhagen. He dies in Vestmannaeyjum 7. July 1861.

His children with Ingibjörg Þórðardóttur (1821-1901) are these below, if it helps, for sometimes names are repeated.

I think he is working by:

Hof- and City Court court in Copenhagen from 1771 to 1919. Court was established by Regulation of 06.15.1771 on the initiative of Struensee and especially his staff of president in Copenhagen Ulrik Adolf Holstein (1731-89). Generalprokurør Henrik Stampe participated in regulation implementation.

The creation of Hofx City Court came to remedy the often confusing jurisdictional in Copenhagen, since the court replaced include Copenhagen city court (see city court), Copenhagen Rådstueret (see rådstueret) Police and Commerce (see Commerce), Borg Court ducal court and the Senate at the University of Copenhagen as the court of matrimonial matters (see tamperret).

The creation of Hofx City Court is one of the absolute monarchy major reforms in the administration of justice, especially because the court was guided by new principles of dividing the investigative and judicial departments. In each judicial department involvement of five judges; they were on a fixed salary and could not hold administrative positions next appointment as judges.

In 1805 replaced the previous four counties in Ringsted, Maribo, Odense and Viborg two country of dishes; one was located in Viborg, the other was attached to Hofx City Court, whose name was then the Royal. Landsover- and Hofx municipal law in Copenhagen. Court was closed down by the Administration of Justice into force in 1919, and its functions continued by the Copenhagen City Court and the High Court.
