How or where can you view all your messages

I've posted messages on and off over the years, received replies, but can't seem to find them.  Do I have a box or place to go here where I can see all my past messages and replies.  If so...can't seem to locate where here.  Simple instructions please as I am having to translate the page.  Very many thanks!

Next page: in the left column under 'Profil info' you'll find
'Vis/Show statistik'
'Vis Beskeder/Messages'
'Vis tråde/threads startet'
